Product Support Technical Specialist – Club Division

Location : Markham, Ontario

Role Type : Backfill Role (Regular Full‑time)

Schedule : 37.5 hours / week

Salary : Expected base salary range $60,000 - $70,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot common technical issues such as activations, installs, printing issues, and common errors.
• Troubleshoot client technical issues (networking / hardware, permissions).
• Serve as Tier 2 escalation point between clients and Jonas.
• Run SQL scripts, create queries, and review system logs.
• Trace software to determine root causes of issues.
• Keep clients informed of progress and provide follow‑up as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments or offices to expedite resolutions.
• Promote and maintain a high‑quality, professional, service‑oriented company image among clients.
• Assist with testing of club products.
• Assist in after‑hours rotation (once knowledge level is achieved).
