Position Overview
Provides administrative reception and clerical duties supporting the Director Health Service Managers and members of allied professional staff. Utilizes computer software to perform functions where required.
Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years in an environment requiring public interaction with prior experience in customer service.
- Experience working with the elderly population an asset.
- Must have computer experience and demonstrated keyboard skills of 40 wpm and a working knowledge of software programs (ie : Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint).

Physical Requirements
This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search) Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
