Job Overview

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting LandSolutions’ business development and marketing operations across both Canadian and U.S. markets. This position provides the organizational and analytical backbone for business development (BD) activities—ensuring CRM accuracy, coordinating events and outreach, conducting market research, and aligning communications across the organization. The Sales Coordinator enables efficiency, collaboration, and insight‑sharing across BD teams, ensuring that leaders and seller‑doers have access to accurate data, actionable intelligence, and effective client engagement support.

This position can be based in Calgary or other jurisdictions in Canada or the U.S., with flexibility for hybrid or remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities

CRM & Data Management

• Maintain and optimize CRM to ensure accurate lead tracking, pipeline visibility, and reporting consistency across Canada and the U.S.
• Ensure timely and complete data entry for all BD activities, including meetings, opportunities, follow‑ups, and contact management.
• Generate regular dashboards and reports to support leadership decision‑making and pipeline forecasting.
