Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex co-engineering programs across OEM partners. This role focuses on enabling and delivering Windows Security features across the platforms , driving initiatives from early pre-silicon planning through production release.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management rigor with hands-on technical depth in software and security, and thrives in highly cross-functional, multi-company environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Windows Security initiatives across the client’s product portfolio.
- Own and execute cross-functional programs spanning pre-silicon planning, development, validation, and production.
- Partner closely with internal engineering teams, customer support, and external stakeholders (OEMs) to align on roadmaps, priorities, and technical deliverables .
- Manage the full program lifecycle, including :
- Schedules and milestones
- Risk and issue management
- Dependency tracking and execution readiness
- Develop and maintain program management artifacts such as :
- Program forecasts
- Risk, issue, and dependency logs
- Ensure clear communication, accountability, and delivery across geographically distributed teams.
Core Technical Skills
Required
Proven experience in Technical Program Management within a software or platform-focused environment.Strong understanding of :Security technologies and conceptsHands‑on experience with program management tools such as :JIRAConfluenceFamiliarity with software testing and verification processes.Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Preferred
