Description :
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to join their team. As a BDR, you will play a key role in driving their business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and hold product demonstrations.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, staying informed about developments in the Construction, Real Estate and / or Building Controls and Integration sectors.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute effective lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Engage with prospects through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and the occasional in-person meetings, to nurture relationships and identify opportunities.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the unique value and solutions their company offers.
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of successFluent in English and French with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the Construction, Real Estate, or Building Controls and Integration industries (asset)General knowledge regarding the Information Technology space (asset)
