Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site position for a Claims Manager at Rig Logistics Inc. in Calgary, AB. The Claims Manager will oversee the daily management and resolution of claims, ensuring prompt and efficient handling to minimize risk and cost. Responsibilities include evaluating and processing insurance claims, analyzing claim trends, developing reports, and collaborating with insurance providers for optimal resolutions. The Claims Manager will also act as a point of contact for all claim‑related inquiries and enforce compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Claims Handling and Claims Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve claim‑related issues
• Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Claims processes
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous experience in logistics and transportation claims is a plus
