SUMMARY

As a Project Manager at Insituform Technologies®, you will lead pipeline rehabilitation projects utilizing our advanced cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) technology. You will ensure successful project execution by managing all phases from planning to completion, focusing on customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and profitability while coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage assigned projects to meet goals for quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, profitability and safety.
• Conduct site assessments and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from start-up to closeout.
• Coordinate project logistics, construction operations, and subcontractor activity.
• Develop and manage work schedules, resource planning, and project tracking in collaboration with Superintendents and subcontractors.
• Attend pre-construction meetings with clients and ensure key team members and subcontractors are present.
• Ensure permits, submittals, and insurance documentation are in place before work begins.
• Monitor and track daily production, costs, and job progress using project management systems.
• Prepare and submit weekly / monthly project status and progress reports.
• Identify and manage changes in project scope; prepare and negotiate change orders with clients.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between field teams and office staff to ensure seamless communication.
• Verify and record subcontractor progress and productivity.
