The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Net Washing Vessel Manager to lead our net washing operations and support strategic initiatives across our marine fleet. This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity, integrating new technologies, and driving innovation in net washing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of net washing vessels, ensuring high standards of performance and reliability.
• Lead the integration of new clean machine systems and other technological upgrades.
• Manage and support ongoing strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager and other marine leadership to align vessel operations with broader organizational goals.
• Ensure timely execution of system upgrades and trials that are on the critical path for marine operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to vessel crews, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• This position requires travel to marine sites
