JOB SUMMARY The role of the Special Education Technician is to create a climate of trust in order to provide the necessary help to the residents and facilitate their integration into their new living environment.
Among other things, they will observe and analyze the behaviors of the residents, participate in the assessment of their needs, develop an intervention plan to promote their adaptation, facilitate individual and / or group activities and carry out periodic evaluations to monitor these individuals.
