Job description

Agilus is recruiting for a Client Services Coordinator in the Chiropractic Health and Wellness Industry in London, Ontario.

Our esteemed client is a long-standing institution dedicated to providing top-notch wellness and chiropractic services to individuals of every generation across London. In this role, you'll oversee the operational aspects of the clinic, facilitating our clients mission to support individuals in their pursuit of natural, optimal health restoration, maintenance, and enhancement.

How you will make an impact :

  • Patient scheduling
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to patients, demonstrating proficiency in managing diverse customer situations and personalities
  • Case management timelines
  • Office inventory
  • Offer guidance and educate patients on supplements and vitamins, with a grasp of the sales procedure
  • Establishing a positive atmosphere for patients' clinic experiences.
  • Managing weekly responsibilities crucial for patient care and education
  • Guaranteeing excellent service for both new and returning patients

The successful candidate brings :

  • Must enjoy working with people and have good customer service
  • An asset if experience came from overseeing / running a clinic preferably in the health and wellness sector
  • An individual who demonstrates interest in wellness and natural health
  • Employment in a natural and holistic healthcare environment could also prove advantageous (ex : chiropractic office, health and nutrition store, gym / fitness centre etc)
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Not required but an asset to have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications, as well as expertise in accounting and POS software

    • Total rewards :

  • 20.00 - $22.00 hourly
