Job description

We're seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Winnipeg. What We Offer :

Salary : $17-$24 / hour
Job Type / Shift : Permanent, Full Time
Benefits : Extended benefits provided

What You'll Do :

Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions through chat, email, or phone calls.

Troubleshoot common issues with products or services.

Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For :

Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience.

Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
