The Integration Specialist, IS drives data integration strategy, ensures data quality and scalability, and enables secure, high‑performing platforms that support advanced analytics, regulatory compliance, and business reporting across the automotive finance contract lifecycle.
Responsibilities
A Day in the Life
Define and lead enterprise integration strategy across the end-to-end automotive finance contract lifecycle, from application intake and credit decisioning through servicing, renewals, and closure.
Design and deliver system integrations across Salesforce workflows, contract lifecycle and document management platforms, credit bureaus, lien registration authorities, SAP / financial systems, and Asset Backed Securities platforms.
Drive workflow optimization and automation , enabling straight-through processing (STP) and reducing manual intervention through API-led, event-driven, and orchestrated integration designs.
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance , establishing standards for integration testing, monitoring, observability, privacy, and regulatory adherence related to credit and contract data.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, future-ready integration solutions that support reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For
Required
Proven experience delivering enterprise system integrations within automotive finance or financial services
Strong knowledge of API-led integration , workflow orchestration, and event-driven architectures
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce, ERP systems (SAP), and third-party services such as credit bureaus and lien registration authorities
Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows, implement automation, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Desired
Deep understanding of automotive finance contract lifecycle processes and asset finance platforms
Experience with workflow orchestration, BPM, or rules-driven flowthrough processing
Exposure to modern, cloud-native integration practices and DevOps methodologies
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in integration patterns, tooling, and platform scalability
