About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and enterprising ServiceNow Developer to join our team supporting our ServiceNow platform. Our implementation of the platform is rapidly growing within IT and across the greater business. We are expanding its use to automate tasks and improve governance and control of key systems.

• Skilled and self‑motivated developer with strong collaboration skills with team members and stakeholders.
• Work closely with Service Delivery and Infrastructure leadership to improve End‑User Experience and gain greater ROI.
• Administration of a ServiceNow instance, including management of users, groups, roles, CMS Development, ACLs, business rules, workflow designer, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary and catalog items.
• Implementation of the ServiceNow platform as part of the Global IT team.
• Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge using best practices and out‑of‑the‑box capabilities.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

What You Bring

Salary

Approximate salary range : $93,500 to $101,000 CAD. Salaries are determined by role, level and location.
