Mechanical and Electrical BIM Modeler / Designer

Join WSP in Canada as a Mechanical and Electrical BIM Modeler / Designer in our Vancouver, BC office. Reporting to the Mechanical and Electrical Production Manager, you will produce high‑quality Revit / CAD models and drawings for a wide range of building projects.

What you can expect to do here

• Develop and coordinate Mechanical and / or Electrical system drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Support design teams with HVAC / Plumbing / Fire Protection and / or Power / Lighting / Communication Systems.
• Maintain and manage BIM models throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects and other disciplines.
• Participate in model coordination and clash detection reviews.
• Assist with Revit family creation, template development and standardization.
• Review model and drawings to ensure accuracy.

What you'll bring

Salary

Salary range (British Columbia) : $61,600 to $84,700. The final salary may vary based on education, experience and other factors.
