A career as a PO - Real Estate Transformation Lead in the Real Estate Business Strategy team at National Bank means acting as a business lead in the innovation of our practices and technologies and ensuring the continuous evolution of our ways of doing things (internally or with our partners) for the modern management of the Bank's real estate portfolio.
Thanks to your avant-garde mindset, your market knowledge in real estate technologies and data and your experience in transformation, you will be leading the implementation of innovative solutions that allow us to effectively manage our real estate portfolio and support our strategic vision. Similarly, in this role, you will be influencing our business strategies and creating relationships with our internal and external business partners allowing the implementation of promising and efficiency-generating technological projects.

Within the Real Estate Business Strategy sector, you will be part of a team of 5 colleagues responsible for transformation, data strategy and business performance and you report to the Senior Director. You will play a key influencing role with the Real Estate management team and work in concert with the integrated real estate service provider, industry experts, our IT partners, data experts and the Evolution Finance team.
