This position is an as & when part time position. We are hiring up to 2 separate positions, the position may become permanent work as we expand at the Squamish location.

The key role of this position is to monitor and manage the sports complex day to day operations. There will be physical work, heavy lifting, setup / take downs, cleaning, maintenance of equipment or work related to sports facility.

The incumbent should be organized, work efficiently and be mechanically inclined.

Do you share our purpose and passion? What you’ll do This is manual work with a clerical component requiring basic office skills and knowledge of computer skills like office 365.

An incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for monitoring the outdoor and indoor facilities, equipment and facility services.

Duties also include issuing equipment, laundry services, cleaning, maintaining equipment, equipment set-up and providing information on the programs and services offered within the facility.

This position typically reports Campus Recreation Programmer, Facility Supervisor or the Director of Athletics and Recreation. What you’ll bring

  • Completion of grade 12.

Bridge Period (if applicable) Pay Group 8 Salary $22.86 per hour (with increments to a max of $25.73 per hour) plus an additional $1 per hour.
