The Opportunity

• Prepare weekly & monthly bank reconciliations. Investigate, follow up and resolve discrepancies in banking transactions.
• Process client payments in the system.
• Reconcile credit card statements, track and follow up on invoices / receipts for each charge.
• Assist with the review and posting of expense reports.
• Assist the Accounts Payable team with processing the vendor invoices.
• Preparing and performing cheque runs and processing electronic transfers.
• Assist with the month-end duties and reconciliations.
• Other related duties as required or assigned.
