Job Description

As a Dealership Controller you will own monthly financials, departmental budgets, and year‑end audit statements while partnering with leadership to boost profitability and efficiency.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

• Have dealership experience (an asset!)
• Are familiar with VBA, Access, or Power BI – or are open to learning (training provided)
• Excel in building and manipulating spreadsheets and excel at financial modeling
• Take responsibility for monthly financials, departmental budgets, and year‑end audit statements
• Bring a solid grasp of general accounting functions coupled with meticulous attention to detail
• Think strategically and contribute ideas that improve profitability and efficiency
• Lead change – enhancing financial controls, developing policies, streamlining processes
• Show up as a reliable, collaborative teammate with a positive, solutions‑focused attitude
