E-commerce Manager
We are a home decor brand who is seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to join our team and lead the growth of our online store. This role requires a highly organized, autonomous, and analytical individual with a strategic mindset, capable of optimizing online sales, enhancing customer experience, and overseeing all e-commerce operations with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- E-commerce Store Management : Oversee product listings, inventory control, pricing strategies, and user experience optimization to drive sales performance.
- Marketplace Development : Manage product integration on Amazon, Shopify, Wayfair and other platforms, track performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Digital Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and customer retention initiatives.
- SEO & Web Content Optimization : Write, update, and refine website content to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Visual & Written Content Creation : Design marketing materials, manage product visuals, and execute communication campaigns using tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
- Customer Service & Returns Management : Oversee customer interactions on Amazon and other platforms, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting : Analyze sales data, monitor key e-commerce KPIs, and propose optimization strategies.
- Social Media Management (a plus) : Develop and execute content strategies to enhance online brand presence and community engagement.
- Logistics & Inventory Coordination : Supervise warehouse operations, streamline order fulfillment processes, and optimize stock management.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Proven experience in e-commerce and marketplace management (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).Excellent project management, organizational, and coordination skills.Proficiency in e-commerce tools, email marketing platforms, and visual content creation (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and recommend strategic improvements.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset.Experience in customer relationship management and enhancing user experience.Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics workflows (a plus).
