In this role, you wear several hats : part consultant, part coach, and part driver. Focusing 6-24 months out, you lead a team of analysts and consultants who advise business leaders on people solutions that support their goals in a large, diverse, and fast-moving global business.
You integrate passion with a practical approach, exhibiting high emotional intelligence and accurately assessing the dynamics of a situation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of trusted partners to leaders across multiple business units and the People & Culture team; consult and advise on Sales Incentive strategies and execution tactics.
- Provide thought leadership, market intelligence, and best practices on sales incentive topics to improve organizational capability.
- Manage the annual conversations around Sales Incentive strategy, driving timely decisions on enhancements to pay structures.
- Influence and enhance overall sales effectiveness through a comprehensive cross-sell strategy.
- Create synergies across multinational experiences from design through to implementation.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset; look for opportunities to increase the ROI of people programs.

Salary Range : US$73,000-$109,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan : 20%
