This is a full-time position, with full benefits including dental care, vision care and health insurance, paid vacation, an RRSP match, and career development opportunities.
This is a position that comes with a salary, and additional compensation, targeting the $130,000-$150,000+ range.

This role would have a focus in the lower mainland, to grow into a role with regional responsibilities across BC.
Position Overview
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a sales background in controls and building automation systems. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of HVAC system design and controls, ideally with experience in both service and construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and operations
Degree or diploma in a technical discipline preferred
Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in HVAC or Building Automation
Ability to interpret mechanical and technical drawings
Strong communication abilities—verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Capable of working independently under pressure
Strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial drive and a passion for innovation
High level of personal integrity and a commitment to collaboration and respect
