Part Time Bookkeeper

Our client is looking for a detail‑oriented, reliable Part‑Time Bookkeeper to join their small team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is highly organized, and has strong experience using QuickBooks. You’ll help keep our financial operations running smoothly by managing day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Prepare and send invoices; follow up on outstanding payments.
• Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Generate financial reports as needed.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal staff as needed.
