Robert Half Calgary is recruiting for an experienced Business Systems Analyst for our Client. As the successful Candidate you will be accountable for developing and implementing analytics and solutions within the application and infrastructure team, coordinating various IT projects, and providing support to organization through ongoing reviews of current processes

You possess solid technical IT knowledge and skills along with business and finance understanding and strong project coordination experience. This role is based in the Calgary, Alberta region but is open to hybrid remote (work from office/work from home) working permissions for eligible candidates.

Job Requirements:

MUST HAVES:

• 5 + years proven working experience in a similar role with a solid background in application support and ability for business analysis to identify process and systems improvement
• In-depth Data warehouse or CRM experience
• Proficient working ability in project management teams with solid experience in organizational change management processes and techniques
• Strong experience and ability for working within a broad IT environment with hands-on working experience in Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Visio, MS planner/project, Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, MS Access)
• Solid knowledge and experience with SaaS and on-premise solutions
• Exposure and familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows Server
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to anticipate issues and understand how a problem and its solution will affect the client environment
• Ability to be adaptive and thrive in constantly changing environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with solid negotiating ability and stakeholder relationship/management skills
• Post-secondary education in computer science or equivalent
