Electronics Assembler

Aerotek is now hiring electronics assemblers / solderers to work on BGA (Ball Grid Array) re-balling on PCBs.

Job Requirements :

• Electronics soldering experience on PCBs, consoles, wire arrays, etc. (one-year minimum)
• Ability to comprehend blueprints / schematics diagrams
• Completing technical writing and documentation
• Soldering through microscope is an asset
• Controlled Goods Directorate (CGD) clearance required
• Minimum College Diploma in Electronics (or related field)

Job Details :

You will be working on re-balling BGAs on the PCBs - taking the old grip off, removing the previously soldered balls, replacing clean adhesive and soldering fresh material on to the grid.

You will have to complete documentation for each piece you finish.

• Shifts run Monday to Friday
• Afternoon shift (3 : 30pm to 12 : 00am)
• Pay range is from $20.97 / hour to $22.75
• Located in Kanata
