Condominium Property Manager

Huron Shores Property Management – Windsor, ON

Posted December 29, 2025 | Full‑time, Permanent | Salary $45,000 – $50,000 per year

Responsibilities

Represent the condominium corporation and its owners; facilitate resident concerns and complaints.
Coordinate monthly board meetings, minute taking, and presentation of financial statements.
Oversee the request for proposal process for quoting and coordination of maintenance issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and data entry; ensure the complex is well cared for.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of property management experience (preferred).

Detail oriented, superior organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Exceptional customer service, de‑escalation techniques, and communication skills.

Own vehicle with proper insurance for local travel.

Preferred : Limited Licence from CMRAO (training available for full licensing).
