Warehouse Associate

Do you enjoy working in a warehouse team environment? We are currently looking for a Warehouse Associate as an order processor in , Pitt Meadows BC!

In this position, you would be picking and packing orders, some customer service, and assisting in various warehouse duties.

What you need to know :

Position : Full-time position with an opportunity for permanent hire

Location : Pitt Meadows, BC

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Shift Time : 7 : 00am to 3 : 00

Wage : $20H

Transit accessible however 11-minute walk from nearest bus stop *

You must be legally permitted to work full-time in British Columbia

Responsibilities

Warehouse Associates are responsible for daily operations in the distribution center

• By helping maintain the warehouse, assisting with loading and unloading merchandise trucks.
• This role is directly involved in all phases of the warehouse operations including customer service, inventory management, customer interaction and warehouse operations.
• Perform warehouse operations including inventory management, order entry, and vendor shipping / receiving
• Count, compare, check and inspect quantities of materials and products for distribution to customers
• Complete one or more warehouse functions within the guidelines of the facility (pick, pack, wrap, load
• Take inventory; document and invoice orders and product movement œ Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports, as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of warehouse and / or customer service experience
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (electric pallet jack)
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs loading and unloading products
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
