The Opportunity :
Supporting our TELUS Health Critical Incident Affiliate Network, this role provides on-site counselling / consult to organizational clients in the immediate aftermath of a traumatic worksite event.

Bi-monthly billing and payments with no show / cancellation rates
Your responsibilities will be :
- Perform a preliminary assessment of the situation in the workplace, and offer coaching and support to managers;
- Implement post-traumatic intervention by interacting with internal and external clients and affiliated professionals;
- Provide supervision and consultation to stakeholders when requested;
- Manage the administrative needs of trauma support services;
Travel onsite to provide debriefing, defusing or support interventions.
Qualifications :
- Masters in Social Work, Counselling, or other health related field;
- Member in good standing with OCSWSSW or CRPO;
- Bilingualism (English / French) considered an asset;
- Minimum (5) five years post-grad clinical experience;
- Training in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM);
- Experience providing group counselling / debriefing / defusing is a must;
- Good knowledge of different work environments and organizational structure;
Flexible schedule to accept referrals with minimal notice.
