What You’ll Be Doing :
Perform repairs on pumps, valves, motors, gears, hydraulics, actuators, mechanical drives, speed reducers, and related equipment.Troubleshoot mechanical systems, recommend repair or replacement actions, and support maintenance decision‑making.Interpret O&M manuals, schematics, diagrams, and engineering prints; recommend revisions as needed.Coordinate and inspect contractor work to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.Respond to emergency equipment failures, diagnose issues, and execute or support necessary repairs.Support project implementation, start‑up, and commissioning of new equipment.Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, and contractors.Use the computerized maintenance management system (EAM) to record work, track equipment history, and manage parts.Perform welding, pipe fitting, rigging, and additional mechanical duties as required.Ensure all work complies with Safety Standards, Occupational Health & Safety Act, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and JE policies.What We’re Looking For :
Secondary School Graduation Diploma + valid Certificate of Apprenticeship.Valid Certificate of Qualification as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) in good standing.3–5 years of practical experience (preferred).Ability to read, interpret, and validate mechanical schematics, design drawings, and O&M documentation.Understanding of safety practices under the Occupational Health & Safety Act.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, EAM, and computerized systems (asset).Bonus Points If You Have :
Experience with cranes, lift trucks, hoists, rigging, welding, and pipe fitting.Strong mechanical aptitude in troubleshooting heavy industrial machinery.How to Apply :
