Our client, a National law firm, has an immediate need for a Trademark Lawyer to join their Intellectual Property team in its Ottawa office.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience in trademark enforcement and online trademark enforcement
- Experience in trademark prosecution
- Experience drafting domain name complaints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
