Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Virtual Senior Talent Sourcer for our client, Intuit. Intuit's Talent Marketing team is looking for a bilingual (English and French) Virtual Senior Talent Sourcer to focus on the Canadian Market to develop and execute acquisition and nurturing marketing strategies for passive and active talent within our talent communities and develop and execute creative recruitment tactics to generate new leads for our Expert Services Talent Acquisition team.

As a part of the Expert Services team, you will focus on multi-channel marketing for candidate outreach by sourcing, creating pools of new leads, and qualifying inbound leads to meet hiring goals. This role partners closely with Intuit's functionally aligned Recruiting teams, as well as Retention Marketers, who are focused on nurturing a community of ready-later leads, created from the channels, converting them to active candidates.

• Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and / or utilizing a multitude of resources
• Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, etc. for as required for ManpowerGroup clients
• Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates
• Manage referral sources as well as other identified sourcing channels
• Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members
• Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups and / or sites.
• Work with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan and develop go forward strategy to identify pipeline of candidates for hard to fill positions
• Identify, screen and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team based on the provided job description
• Assist with job requisition / description development
• Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants
• Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions
• ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance
• Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis
• Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system
• Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork
• Resume conversion and application maintenance.
