About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our QA team!

Reporting to the QA Manager, the QA Specialist will have a chance to work with software developers and other departments directly and take on software life-cycle testing activities such as test plan writing, regression testing, defects identification and much more!

How You Will Help

• Software life-cycle testing tasks such as requirement reviewing, test plan writing, regression testing, identifying defects and problems, log defects and producing clear defect reports for various Transit / Taxi products
• Analyzing software requirements and designs, and providing feedback on their testability
• Creating and executing test cases for functional testing of our software products
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects
• Working closely with our Customer Service department to reproduce customer issues
• Working with software developers to ensure defects are correctly identified, fixed and incorporated into product builds
• Assisting in DDS test automation activities
