PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Plan, contribute, coordinate, and execute specific cybersecurity project(s) as a Project Manager
Track progress, issues, risks / challenges for the project(s)
Liaise with Local, Global and Group counterparts to help ensure consistency across geographies
Support project delivery (e.g. creating presentations and content, driving stakeholder meetings)
Ensure Project governance and lifecycles are respected
Contribute to project portfolio committee meetings, Steercos, executive and Board presentations whenever required
Oversee project documentation governance assessment
PROJECT OFFICE
Manage a portfolio of cyber projects
Ensure the Portfolio monitoring within our internal tools and reporting frameworks
Ensure quality of data, including timesheet data, project and resource information, by performing regular QA
Ensure Project governance and lifecycles are respected
Lead project portfolio committee meetings Contribute to Steercos, executive and Board presentations whenever required
Oversee project documentation governance assessment

SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS
Ability to adhere to strict project deadlines, showing strong planning and organization skills, including planning and forecasting of project budgets.
Provide oversight over portfolios of project and clearly report on status, risks and mitigations in committees
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely to audiences of varying technical or accountability levels.
Ability to work in a complex organization, including coordination and partnership with multiple stakeholders ensuring a timely contribution from all, while building a strong business relationship
Proven record of working with and presenting to senior management
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM)
CyberArk strong knowledge including PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, AAM, EPV, PTA
CyberArk administration, configuration, implementation designs and troubleshooting
Comprehensive technical understanding of a broad range of security concepts and countermeasures including workstation and server security, OS security, perimeter security, cryptography, and network security
Strong understanding of Operating system security (Windows, Linux, Unix)
Strong understanding of Remote Access Protocols, related implementation & best practices
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (Eg : NIST, NY DFS, etc.)
TRAINING AND OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Computer Science degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 8 years professional work experience
Experience in IT project management as project manager and as PMO
Experience in an Information Security or IT Governance role
ESSENTIAL SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual : English and French
Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
Solid culture in Information Security
Organizational and work documentation proficiency
Rigorous, self-disciplined, paying attention to detail
CISSP, CISA or CISM certifications are a plus
