WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain and clean rooms with respect and care.
- Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and prepared in accordance with established standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping supervisors, front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Respond with care and attention to guests' requests and contribute, through your individuality and creativity, to constantly improving their experience.
WHAT WE HOPE YOU CAN BRING
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a room attendant, housekeeper or in a similar role is an asset
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting and standing for long periods
- Respect for privacy, discretion, sharp eye and very high attention to detail
- Flexibility to work as part of a team, including weekends and public holidays
