The Rohit Group is searching for an analyst to join our corporate treasury team. Based in our head office in downtown Edmonton, our treasury team is a shared function across the Rohit Group, and as such you will serve and gain exposure to all divisions of Rohit (Homes, Communities, Commercial, Rental Living, and Infrastructure).

Reporting to the Manager, Treasury, you will actively support the group’s treasury operations, including the time-sensitive and actionable analysis to support project financings / investments. This role requires a candidate with strong analytical and communication skills, an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and who works well in a collaborative team.

The Rohit Group’s Treasury team

• Supports the financing of real properties, both under construction as well as those operating in an asset portfolio.
• Monitors project and company cash flows.
• Manages bank accounts and relationships.
• Prepares various financial reports.
• Manages the corporate insurance program.
• Supports the Manager in driving strategic treasury initiatives, process improvements, and cash management / minimalization projects nationally.
