Job Overview
Reporting to the Systems Manager, as the Systems Administrative Support Assistant you are responsible for maintenance and support of the Point of Sale (POS) systems, data, and support systems used by the business unit. You support system usage by providing an optimal and user-friendly experience to enhance operational efficiency.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :
- Generating reports for management and employee usage.
- Supporting employee training on system operations related to their position and needs.
- Staying current on the latest technological advancements and providing support on system integration and enhancements opportunities to help facilitate business operations and processes.
- Supporting the implementation and training of any newly adopted systems.
- Troubleshooting and correcting system errors to maintain operational efficiencies.
- Monitoring and maintaining data integrity.

High school diploma, or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of related experience or equivalent training / education using and supporting POS systems.Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint) and POS system.Preferred Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration is preferred.What We Value

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
