Overnight Freight Supervisor

Kent Building Supplies is looking for an Overnight Freight Supervisor to join our team at our Mount Pearl location.

60 Old Placentia Rd, Mount Pearl, Newfoundland

Shift Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight freight team by setting high standards in safety, customer service, and merchandising.
• Communicate priorities and expectations clearly to associates, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed.
• Monitor and support associate performance through coaching, feedback, and identifying training needs.
• Address associate and customer concerns professionally and constructively.
• Participate in inventory management, marketing execution, and team meetings.
• Perform general sales associate duties as required.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Willingness to learn and operate machinery (21+ years of age due to Forklift requirement; in‑house training to be provided).
