Responsibilities

EPM Cloud – Account Reconciliation SME

Strong IT experience with minimum 8-10 yeears focused primarily on Account Reconciliation processes.

• Demonstrated experience in planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) solutions.
• Managed and executed at least 2 end-to-end ARCS implementations.
• Sound knowledge of Account Reconciliation processes.
• Excellent capability around writing SQL queries forpleteness checks and custom reconciliation reporting.
• Experience with Transaction Matching and sub-ledger integration is a must.
• Experience in face-to-face interactions and engagement with customers.
• Well versed in oral and writtenmunication. Must be able to articulate his / her thoughts clearly.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience in leading customer demos, presentations and trainings.
• Ability to research application and service logs to troubleshoot application issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external technical support providers for better resolution
• Ability to work independently and supports multiple deliverables simultaneously.
