Main Responsibilities :
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on the company's products and solutions to potential clients, including resellers, end-users, and distributorsCollaborate closely with the sales team to conduct detailed discovery conversations with prospective customers to ascertain their environments and needsAssist clients in designing tailored products or solutionsClearly convey the company's technical value proposition, unique differentiators, and capabilitiesProvide reliable technical advice and recommendations to clientsBuild effective working relationships with partner organizations to ensure successful collaboration in addressing customer requirementsShowcase products and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences at various levels, including executives and technical teams, during both pre-sales and post-sales phasesConduct training sessions on existing and new company products / solutions for both internal and external stakeholdersRespond to tenders and inquiries, creating comprehensive proposalsWork directly with sales and account teams to support pre-sales initiativesMaintain close collaboration with Product Management by incorporating customer feedback into the product development roadmap.Requirements
