Production Supervisor in Vaughan, Ontario !
Are you a motivated Production Supervisor with a strong background in production management?
Do you have a passion for ensuring smooth operations while driving productivity and quality?
Do you have experience in leading production teams in metal manufacturing industry?

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production team, ensuring that the fabrication process runs smoothly.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, supervising a team of approximately 20 employees, and ensuring that production meets established standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes, including fitting, welding, and assembling using designated jigs and fixtures.
Develop production schedules based on daily, weekly, and monthly orders, ensuring efficient workflow and team performance.
Read and interpret complex technical drawings and work with prototypes.
Manage parts coordination, including receiving, labeling, scheduling, and assigning work for ASME parts.
Utilize ERP systems to manage production data and reporting.
Ensure safety standards are met and conduct regular safety meetings.
Provide training, coaching, and feedback to employees to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Production Lead or Production Supervisor
Hands on experience in the metal industry
Strong understand of welding process
Mechanical Aptitude
MS Office & ERO experience
