The ideal candidate is responsible for the creation & management of digital direct response campaigns. We’re looking for someone who can delight clients, write clever ad copy, confidently manage a multitude of detail and deliver programs through to completion, on time and on budget.
Specifically we need the right person to : Exceed client expectations by flawlessly planning and executing digital marketing campaignsHave a knack for writing clever and concise ad copyBe professional and client facingHave an innate sense of curiosity and desire to understand cause and effect marketingGrow billings from existing clients through effective and thorough account managementHave an innovative mindset, thinking outside of the box to problem solve & tackle challengesEssential skills : University or college degree or related work experience2 or more years’ hands-on experience with paid digital media (including social) and / or pay-per-click search engine marketing (PPC) campaignsProven experience in quantitative analysis and reportingStrong project management & leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to think strategicallyStrong oral and written communications skillsExcellent organizational, time and self management skillsFlawless customer service skillsDigital media buying / planning experience a strong assetBilingualism is an assetAll staff must pass criminal and personal reference checks, as well as a series of in-depth interviews as a pre-condition of employment.
