Responsibilities
- Booking appointments
- Managing staff and daily office routine
- Preparation of documents for clients (clerical work)
- File maintenance
- Communication with industry partners
- Payroll support
- Oversee stock of office / building supplies
Qualifications
2-3 years experience is a must within an office environment. Insurance / Investment industry will be prioritized.Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize work load.Strong verbal and written communication skillsCandidates will be contacted for interview as received.
