Description de poste2-3 years experience is a must within an office environment. Insurance / Investment industry will be prioritized. Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work load. Strong verbal and written communication skills
Do you have experience running an office? We are two self-employed financial advisors looking for a lead role to help run our businesses.
We provide a positive and welcoming atmosphere and are looking to find someone to help support our growing practices.
Responsibilities
- Booking appointments
- Managing staff and daily office routine
- Preparation of documents for clients (clerical work)
- File maintenance
- Communication with industry partners
- Payroll support
- Oversee stock of office / building supplies
Qualifications
