One of government our clients is looking for an Organizational Development and Learning CoordinatorLength : Contract term is 6 months with a possibility of extensionLocation : Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities will include : · Contributes to the development and implementation of leadership development programs including the design and delivery using expertise and best practices.

Helps ensures programs align with and achieve the strategic priorities· Ensures the timely execution of organizational development and learning programs, developing benchmarks and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the OD&L programs, and taking appropriate measures when necessary to adjust misalignment· Oversees the development and implementation of tools and resources to support programs including learning guides, job aids, SharePoint site and others as needed.

Partners with HR colleagues to support and guide the development, implementation and follow-up of actions associated with succession planning and performance management to ensure promotion of client's vision, mission, values, strategic priorities, and organizational objectives· Works collaboratively with HR colleagues and Managers to identify developmental and performance needs (i.

e. training needs assessments) and to provide integrated HR solutions· Facilitates learning programs and / or sessions for large teams e.

g. Orientation Facilitation, Intact Team facilitation, etc.· Partners with HR colleagues to create an integrated talent management strategy involving all phases of the employee life cycle including (i.

e. performance management, development, succession) Skills & Qualifications· Education - Completion of a university degree in Human Resources Management or related field - or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent· Experience -Minimum six (6) years' experience in Human Resources, including three (3) years in a unionized environment (preferred)· Training & Development for adult learner· Program planning, development, and evaluation· Change management, conflict resolution, mediation· Promoting a team environment focused on customer service· Achieving goals and objectives within specified timeframes in a fast-paced environment· Developing and implementing continuing education programs· Interpersonal, oral / written / presentation skills to develop reports and presentations for a broad range of audiences URGENT : Please read the job description below.
