Enterprise Risk Analyst
The Enterprise Risk Analyst supports the identification, assessment, and management of enterprise-wide risks across business and technology initiatives, helping strengthen and sustain a strong risk culture. The salary range is $80-$90k. It is a hybrid role in the GTA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support enterprise risk and control assessments for new and existing initiatives
- Strengthen and evolve the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework aligned to the Three Lines of Defense
- Contribute to ERM policies, governance, controls, and emerging risk practices
- Support development and execution of ERM roadmaps, including gap-closing plans and escalation protocols
- Track and report on risk metrics, key indicators, and ERM progress through dashboards and reporting tools
- Produce scheduled and ad-hoc risk reports and provide analytical insights to support decision-making
- Promote risk awareness through training, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Math or Statistics1–3 years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, compliance, or a related areaStrong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsKnowledge of ERM frameworks (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000) and the Three Lines of Defense modelFamiliarity with Canadian regulatory requirements (e.g., OSFI, Basel III, privacy legislation)Proficiency with risk tools, data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau), and Microsoft Office SuiteIf interested : Please apply today!
