The Role
You will manage the full customer journey, from first contact through delivery, and within a defined process designed to support both performance and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Managing inbound and outbound sales opportunitiesGuiding customers through vehicle selection, ordering, and deliveryMaintaining accurate CRM activity and disciplined follow-upSupporting trade appraisals and inventory flowEnsuring deals are complete, accurate, and compliantCollaborating with Sales Management, F&I, Service, and Delivery teamsParticipating in regular coaching sessions, training, and performance reviewsPerformance Expectations
This role includes clear sales benchmarks tied to activity, execution, and results.

This role is required on a full-time , permanent basisThis position is posted to fill a current vacancyThe compensation for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 (Uncapped commission with realistic earnings of $70 -100k+ for motivated performers)Comprehensive benefits>package available
