Primary Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams on high voltage substation projects, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Develop project execution plans and assign tasks to team members.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project scope, schedule, and budget are met.
• Mentor and guide engineers and technical staff.
• Perform quality reviews and ensure compliance with HDR's QMS.
• Manage multiple projects across different locations.
