Position : Logistics Coordinator

Location : Port Coquitlam, BC

Shifts : Monday – Friday, 9 : 30am – 6 : 00pm

What you’ll do :

• Keep completed staged orders segregated by destination and clearly marked so that orders get loaded into the correct truck.
• Ensure transferred special orders from stores coming into L1 are staged with Quick Pick orders picked at L1.
• Cover for the Logistics supervisor during their absence.
• Ensure all product is clearly labelled with the Store number and name.
• Ensure all the Dangerous Goods paperwork (if required) and invoices are with the correct shipment.
• When time permits, help the drivers load their trucks in the most cost‑effective way without an opportunity to damage the goods in transit, EI Max the cubic space but do not top load heavy items on crushable goods.
• Scan invoices into Elite Extra and ensure routes are being assigned to the correct driver.
• Ensure all product matches the invoices and are segregated by store in clearly marked containers.
• Look for any unsafe practices or work areas and report them to a Safety Committee member. Keep current with product knowledge on Dangerous goods, fragile goods, weights, and packaging.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

The starting wage is $22.00-$27.00 / hr based on leadership experience.
