SUMMARY :

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical, boiler, and refrigeration systems across client sites. This role ensures timely service delivery, minimizes equipment downtime, and supports operational continuity while upholding safety and quality standards. The position involves scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks, managing documentation, and responding to urgent repair needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical expertise in industrial mechanical systems, and a proactive approach to safety, problem-solving, and client service.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Service Coordination and Oversight :

• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for mechanical, refrigeration, boiler, and structural systems.
• Prioritize and allocate resources to address urgent repair needs with minimal disruption to operations.
• Support emergency response coordination and on-call service rotations.
