What you will do :
You will be working closely with our lawyers and legal assistants to deliver quality legal services to our clients and will be involved in a wide variety of legal tasks including :
Conducting, reviewing, and reporting on title searches, off-title searches, and real estate related due diligenceAssisting lawyers with commercial acquisition and sale transactions including preparation of requisitions and documentationAssisting lawyers with financing transactions (lender / borrower sides)Assisting lawyers with preparation of documents for developments and subdivisionsFacilitating filing of documents and plans with ISCPreparing reporting letters related to transactionsAssisting generally with all matters relating to the Firm’s commercial real estate practice, as well as with client development initiativesAttending to online filings with Corporate RegistryPerforming various administrative tasks including file organization, diarizations, billing, booking appointments, and other administrative duties as requiredDrafting and editing emails, letters, maintaining digital and physical filingsWhat you will bring :
