Agilus is recruiting for a Sales Manager in the Steel Industry in Red Deer, Alberta.

You will lead the sales team and provide exceptional customer service and solutions to a wide variety of new and existing customers.

You will :

• Implement industry-leading sales and marketing initiatives to support the branch business plan as you meet the KPI targets
• Work with the senior management team to develop and manage goals, systems, business plans and operating budgets
• Liaise with Branch Manager and Purchasing Manager to ensure sufficient product is available to meet customer demand while meeting corporate inventory goals
• Work with Operations and CAD departments to ensure profitability on metals processing orders
• lead and manager 3-4 sales staff by Providing leadership, training and development for Inside and Outside Sales Representatives
